I haven't received my order. What should I do?
Each seller has its own shipping processing and delivery times. Before sending our sellers questions about your order, please make sure that you have read through the sellers shipping policies carefully.
If your product should have arrived, get in touch with the seller first. You can contact the seller by going to your account, selecting the order that hasn't been delivered on time and click on contact this seller.
If you don't have a GPBox account and purchased as a guest, you can contact the seller by going to the sellers page or any of his/her products and click Message seller.
Please make sure to specify your name and GPBox order number when you write your message.
How to purchase an item on GPBox
To purchase an item on GPBox:
- Find an item you want to purchase on thegpbox.com.
- Choose the options you want for that item, if applicable.
- Click Add to basket.
- Review your shipping country
- Click Proceed to checkout.
- Take any of these optional steps:
- If you have a GPBox account and you aren't signed in, click Login for a faster checkout.
- Fill and confirm your Billing details
- Add a note to the seller.
- If you have one, apply shop coupon codes. Coupon codes are unique to specific GPBox shops.
- Fill and confirm your Shipping method and details
- Choose your preferred payment method under Payment Methods.
- Review your order to check that your information and order are correct.
- Click Place your order.
When you buy on GPBox, you're purchasing from individual shops. If you have any questions about an item or order, reach out to the seller.
Can I return or exchange my item?
If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to exchange or return your item, you may be able to do so depending on the individual sellers policies. Please check the sellers policies that can be found on the product page and on their seller page.
Please message the seller for individual enquieries about returned and exchanged items.

How to check the status of an order if you purchased as a guest
You can buy most items on GPBox without creating an account. If you purchased an item as a guest, and want to create an account to claim or receive updates on your order, you can do so by going to register on GPBox.
If you only want to check the status of your order, you can do so on track your order.
To track your order you'll need to:
- Open your email inbox.
- Located the email receipt you received when you placed your order. This email is sent from [email protected].
- Take the order number. It has between 5 and 10 digits and start with a #.
Input the order number and the email that was used during checkout on the track your order form.

How to search for products and shops on GPBox
You can use the search bar at the top of thegpbox.com to look for items, shops and categories
Enter descriptive terms in the search bar to start your search. For example: “lewis hamilton A2 print,” or “vintage jaguar e-type collectible.”
Search results are ordered by how relevant the items are to what you search for. You can change the order of your search results with the Sort by option on the top right of the search results.
Here are a few tips to help you search for items on GPBox:
- Use multiple, descriptive terms in a search to narrow down the results. For example: "fernando alonso phone case" will return fewer, more specific results than just "phone case."
- Using numbers or colours might decrease the accuracy of the search. For example: "red poster" or "ferrari 1968" might not be accurate enough to present the most relevant results.
How long does it take to ship to my country
All of our sellers ship from different countries and most likely use different shipping methods.
This means that all of our sellers have different shipping policies and shipping times. You can find all of this information in the shipping information located both in the product page and on their shop page.
Please contact the individual seller about the shipping times to your country. Be aware that some sellers don't ship to all the countries.
How much does it cost to ship to my country
All of our sellers ship from different countries and most likely use different shipping methods.
This means that all of our sellers have different shipping policies and shipping costs. You can find all of this information in the shipping information located both in the product page and on their shop page.
You can select your country on the product and cart pages to see the specific shipping cost to your country.
Please be aware that some very minor differences - between the amount shown in the product and cart pages and the amount shown on the checkout - may happen due to tax and exchange rates between the seller's currency and your selected payment currency.
How to return or exchange my item
If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to exchange or return your item, you may be able to do so depending on the individual sellers policies. Please check the sellers policies that can be found on the product page and on their seller page.

Changing location preferences
GPBox automatically detects where you are browsing from and the currency that you are using.
You can also change your location preference settings at the bottom of any thegpbox.com page.
Your region and location preference is used on certain pages of GPBox to show you relevant and closeby products and sellers to your selected country or region while you shop. For example, it’s used to automatically show products that can be delivered to you when you search through our product categories.
While we use your location preference to show you location-based content on certain pages of the platform, it doesn’t limit what you can see on GPBox. You can view all products on GPBox no matter where the product is located or what you've selected for your location or currency preference.
Update your browser
When using an outdated browser, you may have trouble viewing thegpbox.com. You could also encounter issues when trying to access certain features. To provide you with the best possible experience on the site, we encourage you to update your browser.

How to use my coupon code
To use a coupon code you can do so by going to the checkout and clicking Add a coupon.
You will be promped to add and redeem your coupon code. If your coupon code is valid, it will be deducted from your order totals.
Make sure the item or items in your cart are eligible for this coupon code. Coupon codes are seller dependent.
My coupon code doesn't work
If your coupon code doesn’t work please check that you are applying the code to the right shop. Each shop have the ability to create their own coupons and run their own promotions with completely independent and different coupon codes
Please check that the coupon is still valid and it hasn't expired or used more times than the limited spcified by the seller.
I don't have a Paypal account
You can pay with your credit or debit card without the need of a Paypal account if Paypal is the only payment option available during checkout.
To pay with your credit and debit card through paypal, please follow:
- Click on Proceed to paypal
- If you can see a "Credit/Debit Card" button, click it and fill the payment details
- If you see "Create an account", you can still click it and fill the payment form with your card details as a guest without creating a Paypal account
I am trying to pay with Paypal
Please be aware that not all of our sellers offer Paypal as a payment option. If the Paypal payment option does not appear when you reach the payment page then you are unable to pay for this product via Paypal and will have to use the Card Payment option.
How to change your currency settings
You can change your preferred currency at the bottom of any page on thegpbox.com.
When buying from a seller who lists in a currency other than your preferred currency, GPBox converts the listing price for you using an approximate conversion based on current exchange rate data. When a currency conversion is required, GPBox applies an additional currency conversion charge. Calculation rates are updated very regularly.

Can I open a GPBox shop
GPBox is a marketplace for everyone, if you have one product only or many you can join GPBox. You can sell from digital files with our Downloadable product option, to make your own products with our print on demand option too.
How do I open a GPBox shop
Opening a GPBox shop is easy and free.
Simply visit our open a shop page and start creating your shop:
- Click on Create your shop
- Choose your unique shop name
- Enter your shop city and country
- Add your name, email and password
- Click on Continue to dashboard
Once you are on the dashboard you will be asked to do the following:
- Confirm your shop's shipping address.
- Enter your payment details where you want to get paid for your orders.
- Enter your shipping costs for each country and which countries you are accepting orders from.
- Personalise your shop with your logo, description and banner.
- Add your shipping, return and cancellation policies.
How much does it cost to list an item
Listing items on GPBox is completely free. There are no upfront costs associated with setting up your shop and list products on the site.
You can list as many items as you like for free and there is an unlimited size available for your pictures and designs.
How do I get paid
You can select which is your prefered payment method to receive the payment of your orders.
Currently we support Paypal and Stripe as the two automatic payment methods for you and your shop. Both payments are automatic and instant.
GPBox accepts most Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and the funds from your sales are then directly deposited into your Stripe or Paypal account minus our fees.
You get paid instantly and you will never have to worry about having to manually pay fees. Either from your Stripe or Paypal dashboards you can then withdraw the money to your associated bank account whenever you want.
Do you offer a printing service
Yes, we do!
You can use our Print on Demand service to upload your designgs and create your products.
Simply visit your dashboard and create a product with:
- Click on Print on Demand
- Choose the product that you want to create. We are constantly updating the product catalogue.
- Check our quality statemenet for all the details of all the products offered.
- Upload your design
- Position and rotate your design on the product template. You can add as many design files as you like!
- Click on Create gallery pictures to automatically create the product mockups.
- Set the profit that you want to get from the sale of your design.
- Complete your listing with the product name, categories, tags and a short description.
Can you help me set up my shop
Yes, of course!
We offer a shop upload and shop management services for sellers that want us to be in control.
You can either contact us directly or click on Upload your shop service on the open a shop page.
Can you value my item
At this moment in time we are unable to offer a product valuation service.

Listings & Orders
How many items can I list
On GPBox you can list unlimited products. In fact, the more you list the better!
Although we recommend to use 5 to 10 pictures for each listing, there is no limit on the amount of pictures you upload on your shop neither.
Can I upload watermarked pictures
Yes, of course you can. We have no restrictions on Watermarks.
Please be aware however that we love to promote our sellers work and will only do so if the watermark does not sit across the whole picture. These promotions include highligting product pictures as category images, posting products on social media, on our newsletter and sharing them with our newsroom partners and influencers.
What products can I sell
You can list anything that is car, petrolhead or motorsport related.
Check out our product categories to see where your product and shop fit best. You will be able to find anything from Formula 1, MotoGP, Vintage, general Car and automotive related and much more
We give the option to upload products of the following types:
- Single products. Unique products that don't offer different options of the same product like a race-used car part, a handpainted fine art piece or a cap.
- Variable products. Products with more than one option like prints, canvases and t-shirts.
- Print on Demand products. Products designed by you, printed and fulfilled by GPBox.
- Digital products. Downloadable files that you offer like a design pattern, livery design or helmet design.

What are the fees
You don’t pay a thing until you make a sale. Opening a shop is free and you can list an unlimited number of products for free, forever. Once your item sells there is a 5% + 0.20p transaction fee plus standard payment processing fees. Fees are billed for £0.20 GBP, so if your currency used in the bank account added in the shop settings is not GBP, the amount may vary based on exchange rates.
To process your payments there is the standard payment fee of 4% + Stripe’s commission or 5.9% + Paypal's commission. As Stripe’s and Paypal's commission depend on your country, please visit Stripe's and Paypal’s pricing to find out more. You can track your money from start (in the sellers dashboard) to finish (in your Stripe dashboard and your bank account).
Alternatively, you can link your Paypal account. To process your payments through Paypal there is the standard payment fee of 5.9% + Paypals’s commission. Please be aware that Paypal payments can take up to 24h to reach your account.
Where do I see my orders
Once you open your shop you will have a Sellers Dashboard, this is a really great tool for tracking orders, sales and products. You can print your shipping labels, add the tracking number and notes, all from the orders tab in your dashboard. Managing your shop from here is quick and easy.
You will receive a New Order notification email when a customer places an order on your GPBox shop.
For affiliates
Who is eligible for our affiliate program
All affiliates over 18 years old are welcome to apply, from Formula 1 blogs and news sites to Instagram petrolhead profiles. Certain profiles are not eligible for our affiliate program at this time, including cashback sites and voucher sites.
Which links can I share
Every audience is different and there isn’t anyone better at understanding them than you. With our program you can select absolutely every link that you want and make it your referral link from your dashboard. You can choose the homepage, any product, category, seller storefront, blog post, etc!
How does The GPBox Affiliate Programme work
Once approved, can earn commissions (a percentage of revenue) on qualifying sales that result from featuring links to GPBox products and other GPBox content on their site or social profile.
How do commissions work
Commission is earned on each qualifying sale (excluding tax, delivery, returns and cancellations). Our cookie period is 30 days; affiliates will receive a commission on sales attributed to their account during this period.
How do I get paid
We pay 4% pre-tax commission of every sale that is made through your link monthly into your Paypal account. There is a minimum payout amount of £20. If you don’t reach that amount on the first month, the funds don’t disappear! You will receive everything once you get to that minimum amount.
How do I track my commission
You have your own affiliate dashboard where you can see how many clicks and conversions your links have had, how much money you have earned, how much we have paid you, create your own links and much more.
